Today's floral inspiration comes from this gorgeous white peony bouquet that I'd created for a gorgeous bride named Lindsay. Lindsay's wedding took place in Palm Springs this past June. Under normal conditions peonies will last all day out of water, but with the 103 degree weather that weekend, I used a water soaked floral foam bouquet holder, just to be on the extra safe side. Check out how the peony petals and silvery lamb ear perfectly mirror the scalloped lace detailing Lindsay's stunning Enzoani gown. Gorgeous!
If you're lucky enough to be getting married in late May/early June (domestic peony growing season), or late October/early November (South American peony growing season), you'd be crazy not to incorporate these over sized beauties into your big day.
